Terms of Service
Welcome. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and REIntel, Inc., a Kentucky S corporation ("REIntel," "we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the REIntel service available at https://app.reintel.co (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
REIntel aggregates publicly available Master Commissioner foreclosure dockets from Kentucky county sources, joins each sale with public-records data (assessor, FEMA flood, zoning, school attendance) and presents the result as searchable property pages and reports.
The Service is provided as informational tooling. It is not legal, financial, real-estate brokerage, lending, or tax advice, and it is not a consumer report. See the Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. Notify us promptly at dennypatterson.re@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions, Payment, and Renewal
Paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed in advance through Stripe at the rate displayed on /pricing at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which restricts certain activities including (without limitation) scraping the Service, reselling or redistributing data, and using REIntel for any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (e.g., evaluating creditworthiness, employment, insurance underwriting, or housing eligibility).
5. Data, Public Records, and Source Material
The Service surfaces information about real-property sales that are matter of public record under Kentucky law. REIntel does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including sale times, withdrawals, or enrichments. Sales can be cancelled or postponed up to the moment of the auction; users are responsible for verifying status directly with the relevant Master Commissioner's office before relying on Service data for any decision.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, compilation, and trade dress, is the property of REIntel and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal investment-research purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. User Submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content ("Submissions"), you grant REIntel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate the Submissions into the Service without obligation to you.
8. Customer Data License
You grant REIntel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, store, modify, display, distribute, sublicense, and create derivative works from data that REIntel derives from your use of the Service, including search queries, watchlist activity, click and view patterns, and other usage telemetry (collectively, "Customer Usage Data"), in each case solely in the form of aggregated and de-identified outputs that do not identify you or any individual end user. REIntel retains all right, title, and interest in such aggregated and de-identified outputs and may use, retain, or commercialize them — including by licensing them to third parties — without restriction or obligation to you.
Identifiable Customer Usage Data — meaning data that identifies you or your end users by name, email, or account identifier — is not licensed under this Section and may be used by REIntel only to provide the Service or as required by law, except with your separate written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, REIntel does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Use of public-records data is at your own risk and should be verified at the source.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REIntel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
REIntel's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to REIntel in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REIntel from any claim, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, (ii) any data, content, or other material you upload or submit to the Service, and (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or risk to the integrity or security of the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to reflect the parties' original intent.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or addenda referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and REIntel concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written.
15. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and our rights and obligations under them to an affiliate, successor, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, without notice or consent.
16. Force Majeure; Survival; Notices
Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, telecommunications or internet failures, or pandemic.
Survival. Sections 5 (Data, Public Records, and Source Material), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (User Submissions), 8 (Customer Data License), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 13 (Severability), 14 (Entire Agreement), 15 (Assignment), this Section 16, 17 (Governing Law and Venue), and 18 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms.
Notices. Legal notices to REIntel must be sent to dennypatterson.re@outlook.com; we may send notices to you via the email address associated with your account. Notice is deemed given on the date sent if to REIntel by email with confirmation of delivery, or on the date sent if to you by email.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Dispute Resolution
Before commencing any formal action, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting dennypatterson.re@outlook.com. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it may be brought in the courts identified in Section 12. Nothing in this Section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or via a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
