DMCA Policy

REIntel respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes everything required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

1. Notice of Claimed Infringement

A complete notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the Service.
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed under a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the address above.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.
