1. Notice of Claimed Infringement
A complete notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the Service.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.
