Cookie Policy
This Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies REIntel uses, what they do, and your choices.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information.
2. Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary. Authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in (Supabase Auth). Without these, the Service cannot function.
Preferences. Stores your filter/sort selections on county pages and your most recent county so we can route you back there.
Analytics. First-party analytics events written to our database (described in the Privacy Policy). If PostHog session recording is enabled, PostHog may set cookies for session continuity.
Third-party. Stripe Checkout sets cookies during a payment session for fraud prevention and to maintain the checkout state. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie notices.
3. Your Choices
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in, billing, and other core features.
4. Changes
We may update this Policy when we change which cookies we use or what they do.
